Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Clinical Excellence – Deputy Manager to join a high-performing, modern care home in the Bideford area. The successful candidate will have proven clinical leadership experience in a nursing home setting, with the ability to mentor and inspire a skilled care team while ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

Requirements
Active NMC pin (RGN or RMN) – Essential
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a nursing home environment
Strong knowledge of elderly and dementia care best practice
Excellent communication, mentoring, and team management skills
