Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the dayâtoâday operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure exceptional standards of care, safety, and governance.
- Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and personalised support.
- Oversee clinical excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage budgets, drive occupancy, and support longâterm service sustainability.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop a highâperforming staff team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Home Manager within elderly nursing care settings.
- Nurseâqualified (RGN/RMN) preferred but not essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Evidence of strong CQC performance and staff development.
- A genuine passion for personâcentred care.
