Salary: £60,000 per annum + up to £10,000 performance bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are representing a respected elderly care provider seeking an experienced Home Manager for a well‑regarded nursing home in the Blackpool area.

 

About the Home

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the nursing home.
  • Ensure exceptional standards of care, safety, and governance.
  • Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and personalised support.
  • Oversee clinical excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage budgets, drive occupancy, and support long‑term service sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop a high‑performing staff team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Home Manager within elderly nursing care settings.
  • Nurse‑qualified (RGN/RMN) preferred but not essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Evidence of strong CQC performance and staff development.
  • A genuine passion for person‑centred care.
