Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to relocate internationally and join a brand-new clinical service in the UAE?

If you’d like to be part of a new service from its launch and help establish high standards of nursing care within a modern, multidisciplinary clinical environment, this could be the role for you!

 

Overview:

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a new, highly specialist mental health and wellbeing provider to recruit experienced Mental Health Nurses ahead of the opening of a brand-new clinical service in the UAE.

 

The centre is currently in development and has been designed to provide a world-class specialist environment focused on health, recovery, rehabilitation, personal growth and long-term wellbeing. Taking a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, the service will provide highly individualised programmes for individuals looking to improve their mental health, wellbeing and quality of life.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the service ahead of its launch and play a key role in establishing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care from the outset.

 

Working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, Nurses will work alongside Psychiatrists, Physicians, Psychologists and psychosocial colleagues to provide coordinated care and support.

 

As a brand-new service, successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, nursing processes and standards of care, alongside delivering direct clinical care once the service becomes operational.

 

Location:

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity requiring international relocation, with the role based on site. The facility is located in the UAE, between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, meaning candidates can choose to live in either city or the surrounding areas.

 

Criteria:

  • NMC Registered Nurse with a recognised nursing qualification
  • Must be able to meet the UAE Department of Health (DOH) Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR)
  • Strong clinical experience within mental health services
  • Experience supporting individuals with a range of complex clinical presentations
  • Confident working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team

Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
  • Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualised care and wellbeing plans
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental health throughout their care
  • Support medication administration and management in line with clinical protocols
  • Contribute to risk assessment, management and safeguarding
  • Work collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Physicians, Psychologists and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in multidisciplinary reviews and care planning
  • Provide education, support and guidance to patients throughout their recovery and wellbeing journey
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audit and continuous service improvement

Interview Process:

This will be a competency-based interview process, focusing on your nursing experience across mental health and wellbeing services, including clinical assessment, risk management, management of complex presentations, multidisciplinary working and your ability to provide safe, person-centred and recovery-focused care within a specialist clinical environment.

 

Salary and Benefits:

Salary is £43,000 – £60,000 GBP equivalent tax free per annum, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including:
