Location: Devon & Somerset
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + car allowance & bonus.

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a quality-focused care provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Home Manager into a newly created Peripatetic Support Manager position, overseeing a cluster of nursing homes across Devon and Somerset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into multi-site management, whilst remaining closely involved in the operational and quality performance of individual homes. The Role:

As Peripatetic Support Manager, you will work across a cluster of nursing homes throughout Devon and Somerset, providing hands-on operational and quality support to Home Managers and their teams. You will act as a key source of support across the region, helping homes maintain consistently high standards while identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing best practice.

Your responsibilities will include supporting:

• Quality and clinical standards across the homes
• CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
• Home Managers with operational challenges and performance
• Quality improvement plans and action plans
• Staffing, recruitment and team development
• Occupancy and commercial performance
• Leadership development and succession planning

Requirements:

• Nursing qualifications with an active PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
• Experienced Home Manager within a nursing or elderly care environment.
• Strong knowledge of CQC, compliance, quality and clinical standards.
• A proven track record of delivering good quality outcomes within a care home setting.
• Confident supporting and developing other managers.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of occupancy, budgets and operational performance.
• Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused.
• A natural leader who can build trust and influence at all levels.
• Willing and able to travel across Devon and Somerset.
