Salary: £50k per annum + £5k car allowance + mileage

The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be working alongside a fantastic business that are currently seeking a Regional Support Manager to join the team. As it stands, the group operate a portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK providing nursing, residential and dementia care.
The role will cover parts of the North West and North Yorkshire, supporting Home Managers and their wider teams. It will require a personable leader, capable of forging strong relationships and building upon the network in place. They’ll audit, work with their managers to assess occupancy and recruitment, and directly report to the Regional Manager.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess experience of working multi-site, be able to evidence a history of compliant CQC reports and the management of large-scale teams. It is important that the RSM is budget savvy, holds good relationships in the sector and is always striving to implement improvements.
A collaborative approach to management is ideal, an RSM that is adaptable and fully focused on ensuring residents are receiving the best possible care.
Interview Process
The interview process will be 2 stages.
Location
The role covers a portfolio of care homes across Manchester, Huddersfield, Rochdale, Keighley, Oldham, Bury, Glossop, Holmfirth, Halifax and Skipton.
Summary
My client is seeking a Regional Support Manager for a patch of elderly care homes. The group are looking for an experienced leader, someone that can best represent the provider and inspire development. The role will involve hands-on support across the patch of the homes; from building occupancy through to CQC inspections.
