Compass Associates is partnering alongside a growing Specialist Healthcare provider with a portfolio of Mental Health, Neuro and Learning Disability, and Elderly homes in the UK. Together, we are seeking an inspiring Registered Home Manager in the Sheffield area. As the Registered Home Manager, you will be working directly with the Operations Manager and be responsible for a brand-new home specialising in Neuro Disabilities, Mental Health and other complex care requirements. ROLE:

The home provides exceptional nursing care for adults with complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities. Located in Sheffield, the home features seven small, purpose-built units, offering a homely environment tailored to individual needs. Specialising in high-acuity, nurse-led care, supports individuals with co-morbidities, secondary diagnoses, or those who’ve experienced previous failed placements. The team is dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life and helping them achieve their personal goals.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting, preferably with experience in complex care
• Nurse qualified with valid NMC PIN (essential)
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on recruitment, development, and performance management
• Strong track record of maintaining CQC standards and delivering high-quality care
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders, including commissioners and professionals
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Experience in financial management, data analysis, and managing occupancy
• Ability to work autonomously and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
