Role:
We are seeking an established, commercially astute Registered Manager to take full operational ownership of one of our largest flagship services set within landscaped grounds. This is one of our provider's most complex registrations, delivering care across distinct specialist communities covering advanced dementia, residential mental health, complex nursing, physical disability and respite.
You will lead a workforce of well over 150 staff through a layered management structure of Unit Managers, Clinical Leads and Heads of Department, holding them to account for standards within their own communities while retaining overall accountability for the registration. Alongside quality and compliance, you will own the full P&L, driving occupancy, managing agency spend and workforce costs, and protecting the fee mix across a diverse commissioner base spanning local authority, ICB and private funding.

Your challenge is to ensure the operational delivery matches the quality of the environment, embedding consistent governance across all communities, raising the profile of the home with local commissioners and referrers, and building a stable, self-sufficient management team beneath you. You will report directly into an engaged divisional leadership team.
