The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic client who operate a portfolio of nursing, residential and dementia care homes across the UK. At present, they are seeking a Registered Manager for a care home delivering residential and dementia care to older adults based around the Huddersfield area.
The home is a purpose built care home boasting an excellent staff culture, there is an opportunity to make a real difference therefore my client are looking for visible and driven leaders for this position.
Candidate
Essential to this role is a management background in residential and dementia care for older adults. You’ll have managed services through CQC inspections with a GOOD, Outstanding or improved rating and be understanding of compliance requirements. As a leader, you’ll be visible in supporting your team, keen to upskill where possible and ensure the culture within the home remains positive.
You’ll be able to forge relationships across the local community; building links with stakeholders and marketing the home to drive occupancy forward. It is imperative that the successful manager strategize staff retention and development strategies to ensure the home continues to advance.

The role is commutable from: Huddersfield, Oldham, Holmfirth, Skelmanthorpe, Wakefield, Batley, Bradford, Sowerby Bridge, Halifax, Rochdale and Todmorden.
