The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a client seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join their team around the Chorley area. The new manager will take the helm of a well-established care home providing residential and residential dementia care to elderly residents.
This role will lead a highly-skilled team and be supported by a Deputy Manager, allowing the Registered Manager full support in order to develop and fine-tune towards delivering Outstanding care.
Candidate
I’m looking for an existing Registered Manager within an elderly care home looking for a new challenge. You’ll have experience of managing staff teams effectively, able to demonstrate times you have upskilled and coached staff through difficult periods. You’ll understand the importance of driving occupancy and be able to evidence having done this to increase profit.
Within your daily operations, you’ll be up to date with compliance and governance, and keen to grow relationships within the local community. You need to be a clear communicator, transparent and hold a solid attention to detail.

The role is commutable from: Chorley, Leyland, Burscough, Southport, Formby, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Wigan, Bolton, Darwen and Blackburn.
