Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Service (New Branch Launch)

Location: Esher, Surrey
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus Scheme (up to £10,000)
Annual Leave: 25 days (increasing with service)

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will take full ownership of launching and growing a new domiciliary care branch. You will:

  • Recruit, develop and lead your own team of care professionals.

  • Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance from day one.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, professionals and local community partners.

  • Drive business growth, increase care hours and establish a trusted local reputation.

  • Oversee operational performance, quality assurance, financial targets and service delivery.

  • Create and embed a positive, values-led culture focused on person-centred care.

  • Act as the visible leader of the service, ensuring high standards at all times.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building a service from a blank canvas.

 

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and resilient leader with strong people and compliance skills. You should have:

  • Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, housing, education or similar).

  • Knowledge or understanding of CQC standards (support available for those new to the sector).

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • A values-driven approach with a passion for person-centred care.
