Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Service (New Branch Launch)
Location: Esher, Surrey
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus Scheme (up to £10,000)
Annual Leave: 25 days (increasing with service)

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take full ownership of launching and growing a new domiciliary care branch. You will:

Recruit, develop and lead your own team of care professionals.

Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance from day one.

Build strong relationships with clients, families, professionals and local community partners.

Drive business growth, increase care hours and establish a trusted local reputation.

Oversee operational performance, quality assurance, financial targets and service delivery.

Create and embed a positive, values-led culture focused on person-centred care.

Act as the visible leader of the service, ensuring high standards at all times.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building a service from a blank canvas.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and resilient leader with strong people and compliance skills. You should have:

Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, housing, education or similar).

Knowledge or understanding of CQC standards (support available for those new to the sector).

Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
