Registered Nurse (Nights) – Elderly Nursing Home
Location: Handforth, Cheshire
Contract: Full-time | Permanent | 42 hours per week
Salary: Up to £22.25 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit a Registered Nurse for a large, purpose-built nursing home located in Handforth, Cheshire. Known for its retro ambience and exceptional care standards, this home provides residential, dementia, and respite care across several nursing units.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a well-managed and established care setting.
Key Details
Working Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Patterns: Days or Nights available
Additional Pay: 10% per hour uplift for overtime
Training: Continuous learning and development provided
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
Oversee and update care plans and manage medications safely
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet individual care needs
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior care staff
Maintain compliance with all CQC standards and home policies
Candidate Requirements
Valid NMC pin (RGN required)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a nursing home environment
Strong clinical knowledge of elderly and dementia care
Compassionate, reliable, and effective under pressure
Passion for improving the quality of life for older people

Bramhall, Poynton, Alderley Edge, and Wilmslow
