Salary: From £20.25 per hour + Paid Breaks (Annual Earnings circa £44,226)
Contracted Hours: 42 hours per week (8:00am – 8:00pm shifts)

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a respected elderly care provider to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN) for a nursing home located in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse to join a reputable organisation committed to delivering exceptional standards of care within a friendly, supportive and clinically focused environment.

Working as part of an experienced nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective nursing care while supporting residents to achieve the highest quality of life possible.
This role would suit an experienced nurse who enjoys working within elderly care and is committed to delivering outstanding clinical standards.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents
Safely administer medication in accordance with NMC guidelines
Complete and review care plans and clinical documentation
Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
Work collaboratively with carers, nurses and management teams
Promote dignity, independence and person-centred care
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
Support and mentor junior members of the care team
Contribute towards maintaining a safe and positive clinical environment
Shift Pattern
8:00am – 8:00pm long day shifts
42 contracted hours per week
4 shifts week one / 3 shifts week two
Alternate weekends required
Paid breaks included
Additional hours paid at an enhanced bank rate (+10%)

Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Minimum of 4 years' experience working within a UK care home
Strong elderly care experience
Confident managing medication administration and clinical interventions
Experience producing accurate care plans and clinical documentation
Excellent communication skills
Professional and compassionate approach to nursing care
Unfortunately, newly qualified nurses or nurses with solely bank or agency experience cannot be considered
