Senior Case Manager – Brain Injuries - Medico-Legal
Location: Hybrid with travel to visit clients across the North West and attend Head Office
Salary: £50,000 (may be negotiable DOE) plus quarterly bonus

Compass Associates is proud to be partnering with an established case management provider in the North West to recruit a full-time, employed Senior Case Manager to join their team.
The organisation provides specialist medico-legal case management for adults with complex neurorehabilitation needs following catastrophic injury. The majority of referrals involve acquired and traumatic brain injuries, alongside a smaller number of clients with spinal cord and complex orthopaedic injuries.
As Senior Case Manager, you will work closely with the Clinical Director, providing leadership and senior support to a small team of employed and associate Case Managers. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain your own caseload of clients with complex and catastrophic injuries.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Case Manager looking to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on case management with increased leadership responsibility within a supportive, well-established and growing organisation.
Location
This is a hybrid role, with 1–2 days per week based at Head Office and the remainder of your time split between working from home and travelling to meet with clients and legal teams.
Referrals are based across the North West, so regular travel will be required throughout Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside and the surrounding areas.

Essential criteria
- Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Speech & Language Therapy or Physiotherapy
- Full and clear HCPC or NMC registration
- Previous experience working as a medico-legal Case Manager
- Strong case management background working with clients who have backgrounds of catastrophic brain injuries
- UK driving licence and access to own car
Interview Process
Informal discussion with the Clinical Director followed by a formal interview at Head Office in Greater Manchester.
