Salary: £40,000 doe
Location: Central London
Qualification: NVQ level 4 Health and Social Care 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm
 
Remit                 
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Service Manager to work Prestigious Home Care Company based in the Chelsea / Kensington area. To ensure that clients receive nursing care & receive the highest standards of care in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Essential Requirement 

• Compassionate and Client-Focused: Display a genuine passion for providing compassionate care that respects clients' dignity, choices, and privacy.
• Professionalism and Integrity: Demonstrate reliability, excellent time management, and a commitment to professional boundaries and non-discriminatory practices.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Be proactive in finding solutions to challenges, thinking creatively to improve client outcomes.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support care assistants. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Care Planning Expertise: In-depth knowledge of person-centred care planning and risk assessment, with experience in creating care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Knowledge of care management software and systems
• Health & Safety Knowledge: Sound understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance in home care settings.

There is a 2-stage interview process:                                                
-    Stage 1 - via Teams, formal interview.
-    Stage 2 – Face to Face, formal interview
 
Location
This role is based in the Chelsea / Kensington area of London area and is easily commutable from 
Fulham, Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Putney, Richmond, Ealing, Wimbledon, Brixton, Peckham & central London boroughs
