The Neuro sub-sector covers complex medical processes which aim to aid recovery from a nervous system injury, including Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), complex neurological conditions, and neurodegenerative diseases in specialist rehabilitation centres to residential, supported living facilities, Neurological Inpatient care.
Compass Associates helps support in neurorehabilitation recruiting from junior clinical positions all the way through to Senior Operational and board positions. Clinical roles include positions such as, Nurses, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other AHP (Allied Health Professionals) to hospital directors and heads of nursing. Management positions we cover include General Managers, Business Development Managers, Regional Quality support roles, all the way to Operations and Regional Directors.
In the last year, Compass Associates’ neurorehabilitation team has made a number of placements with neuro rehab clients, ranging from nurses; ward, clinical services, hospital, and therapy services management hires; occupational therapists, speech and language therapists (SALTs), as well as director level hires into hospital, services, and neurological care.
