Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a fast-paced, multi-site role where you can make a real impact?
We're partnering with an established luxury care provider to recruit a HR Business Partner to support its growing portfolio of care home services across London. This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the right-hand person to the Director of People & Culture, leading on complex Employee Relations, supporting operational leaders and helping drive high standards across the business.
The Opportunity
Supporting a multi-site care portfolio, you'll work closely with the Director of People & Culture and help lead a HR team, ensuring the provider delivers a proactive, commercial and high-quality HR service.
This is a busy, hands-on position with a significant Employee Relations focus, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment, enjoys improving processes and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers across multiple care homes services, providing expert HR advice and support.
- Lead on complex Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and performance management.
- Drive consistency across recruitment, onboarding, compliance and HR processes.
- Coach and develop managers on people management and employment law.
- Support recruitment, retention, succession planning and workforce development.
- Ensure HR compliance across CQC requirements, Right to Work, DBS and personnel records.
- Produce HR metrics and reports while contributing to wider people projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Payroll, Learning & Development and senior leadership teams.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll already be operating as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within care homes, or home care with strong Employee Relations experience and excellent employment law knowledge.
The provider is looking for someone with strong character, resilience and integrity who can confidently challenge, support managers and help drive standards across the HR function. You'll be commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable working in a hands on environment.
Requirements
- Previous HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience within Social Care
- Strong Employee Relations and employment law knowledge.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting multiple sites.
- Confident coaching managers and influencing stakeholders.
- Hard-working, proactive and able to prioritise within a busy HR function.
