Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading private healthcare provider in their search for an Oncology Pharmacist to join a close-knit team within their hospital based in Southampton. The 70-bed hospital offers internationally renowned care to patients across the south of England, with a strong oncology service alongside cardiac and critical care, as well as a diverse range of surgeries.
The successful candidate will provide specialist pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, while overseeing both dispensary and ward-based care across the hospital. Working closely with oncologists, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, they will offer expert clinical input on complex treatment regimens at every stage of the patient journey. They will also ensure the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service.
