The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a valued client to support their search for a Care Home Manager based in the North West. The business are a small, supportive group who are renowned for delivering excellent care to their residents.
With an opportunity to join the business as a Care Home Manager, my client are looking for an experienced individual looking for the chance to make their mark on an established care home. With great foundations in place, the right leader will be able to enhance care delivery and perhaps strive for an Outstanding CQC report.
Candidate
I’m looking to speak with seasoned leaders within the elderly care sector who are interested in stepping into a Care Home Manager position. You’ll be able to evidence a background of successful or improved CQC inspections and hold a fine attention to detail, able to shape and enhance compliance and governance across the home.
As a manager, you’ll be collaborative and supportive, keen to champion your team and upskill knowledge where possible. You’ll be able to build external relationships, include the local community within the home and ensure communication is always timely and transparent.
To succeed in the role, you’ll be financially minded in order to ensure the home remains successful, but be genuinely passionate about maintaining a high standard of care delivery for those under your care.

The role is commutable from: Bolton, Wigan, Skelmersdale, Standish, Chorley, Blackburn, Darwen, Haslingden, Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Salford, Eccles and Leigh.
