The UK Residential and Learning Disability sector encompasses a range of services and support structures tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals with typical diagnoses including Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Profound and Multiple Learning Disability (PMLD) and other bespoke support needs. Providing housing, care, and educational opportunities to enhance their quality of life and independence.

Our Specialist Care team can support with various roles ranging from Team Leaders, Deputy Managers, Registered Managers, Service Managers, Quality Management, Business Development positions, specialist roles such as PBS Practitioners all the way to Senior Operations. All within relevant Residential and Supported Living services.

Compass Associates’ Adult Residential team has placed registered managers on a permanent and interim basis, service and deputy managers, supported living managers, regional managers, and regional and quality managers in the last twelve months into the sector.
