Compass Associates supports recruiting mid to senior management positions within care at home service providers, specialising in roles such as Scare Coordinators, Deputy/Care Managers, Home Care/Branch/Registered Managers, Operations Directors/Managers, Quality Directors/Managers and Managing Directors.

Compass Associates’ Elderly Care team has supported a number of Care at Home providers with placements including more than 10 branch managers, 15 registered managers, and a number of commercial jobs covering business development.
